The sequence for the week ahead will be a combination of stretching along with some fluid body movements. Meditation to calm the mind and bring awareness to the breath so as to settle in and be present to the moment.
Practice will consist of warming up the body followed by sitting, standing and lying postures.
Stretching the body will increase strength and flexibility. Allowing the body to move freely will open up the whole body system while experiencing a sense of peace.
Join us to release any stress, tension or tightness and to experience your own freedom of expression.
Your body works hard for you all week. Take time to give love back to yourself, mind, body and spirit!
*For class you will need your mat, yoga blocks and a strap or tie if you have them.
